Does JB Living build all of their properties?

JB Living builds and maintains the properties we offer. This allows us to know the properties inside and out while attending to any maintenance or management issues right away.

How do I search for properties?

Visit our Properties page to view all our available units. You can narrow down the list by the number of bedrooms / bathrooms etc.

Are appliances included?

All units are equipped with stainless steel appliances (Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave) and full size in unit laundry (Washer, Dryer). No Coin Operated Units!

Are utilities included?

All utilities are included, including 1.5 GB high speed internet.

Is parking available?

Parking is available in the driveway. Request further details when completing your lease application to confirm parking availability.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets however for health and safety reasons of the tenants pets are not permitted.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

For health and tenant safety reasons smoking or vaping in the units or garages is not permitted.

Do these properties have yards or amenity spaces?

Backyards or amenity spaces are key to a quality of living for fresh air or recreation, each property has a backyard for enjoying time outdoors.

I have allergies do these units have carpet?

Solid surfaces through the entire unit including the stairs allow for easy cleaning and also limit the potential for allergens.

What are your lease terms (fixed-term, month-to-month)?

Lease terms vary by property and unit type. Typical lease terms are eight or twelve months.

Is there an application fee?

There are no hidden application fees.

What payments are required before move-in?

First month rent and a utility usage deposit are required.

Can I have roommates or sublet a unit?

Units are rented based on the number of bedrooms, subletting or sharing a room is not possible.

How much notice do I need to give to move out?

Lease terms are confirmed prior to the lease starting, rental terms are eight or twelve months pending the lease.
